Hello! We'll be launching out first-ever CCQ clothings collection tomorrow at 9pm (Singapore time). We might be slightly early/late but we'll send out an email after we've posted the collection so just check your email! The links above have changed and we've altered some of our t&cs.. so on so forth so let me brief you.
The links to our charms website and chains page have been removed and they're now under the "others" link above. We've added in two new links: Blog and Backorder Status. We've decided to set up a Cocoquettes blog and we've already posted our first entry so click here to check it out :) You'll find behind-the-scene shots of our photoshoot and pictures of our oh-so-lovely packaging! The backorder status page will be updated whenever we conduct backorders for clothings so it'll be easy for you to keep track of when your item'll be arriving..etc.
The "order info" page has been updated as well since we have different shipping rates and policies for our clothing collections. Do check it out to familiarize yourself :) If you opt for registered postage for clothings/accessories (this does not apply to our handmade jewellery), you'll be able to find your registered article number under this link: click here You can find this link under the "order info" page under shipping for clothing purchases.
Please note that our Reward Scheme does not apply to clothing purchases and discounts from the Reward Scheme cannot be used on clothing purchases. However, we've decided to keep the Reward Scheme for our handmade jewellery so as to not disadvantage any of our current customers.
